Wrong Personalized Item

Very disappointed in this company's service. Personalized item was clearly stated in order. Received item with different personalization that is not applicable to myself. Contacted company and still waiting for my replacement. I ordered in enough time for holiday wear, but now we are approaching the 2nd week of December and I do not have my item. They should expediate my order at their expense for their error.
