REFUND POLICY

At teacherabc,we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and exchange policy:


Pre-Shipment Refunds

  1. Cancellation: Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
  2. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at service@teacherabc.com as soon as possible. Provide your order number and request a cancellation.
  3. Refund Processing: If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your refund immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Returns

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom items, final sale items, and gift cards.

  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team at service@teacherabc.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
    • Pack your item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  2. Exchange Process:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
