REFUND POLICY
Pre-Shipment Refunds
- Cancellation: Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at service@teacherabc.com as soon as possible. Provide your order number and request a cancellation.
- Refund Processing: If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your refund immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom items, final sale items, and gift cards.

- Contact our customer service team at service@teacherabc.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack your item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
