I ordered a really cute preschool tee from this site. Online the print looked like it would work in the royal blue tee I chose. When the shirt arrived, the blue letters in the print were the exact same color as the tee. This made it appear that the tshirt said Hell Preschool instead of Hello Preschool. I reached out to the company and asked if they could notify customers when this is the case and they thanked me for the suggestion. They said I could not be refunded because it is a custom order. I have since thrown the shirt away. I do love my shirts from this company but will be much more aware of the print and tshirt color in the future.
